Hybrid Fit Camp
Fitness Bootcamp starting June 11th, 2018!
Our Fitness Bootcamp is a fun, well designed, fitness program held at Marra Senki Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Florida.
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:00 am.
Hybrid Fit Camp is our style of Bootcamp. It’s a weight training and calisthenics program mixed with movements build to provide better coordination, flexibility, endurance, longevity, strength and agility. Our Fitness Bootcamp is like none-other, you’ll burn tons of calories, while working with energetic, knowledgeable trainers to get the best out of YOU!

We offer TWO FREE WEEKS to try this program and see for yourself. This program is right for any fitness level as the training will be scaled to provide you resistance.
In our bootcamp, you’ll feel like you’re having one-on-one training. Our small class size is designed you get results. The numbers that matter here are the numbers around your waist line. See our schedule and come visit for your free trial.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO BOOT CAMP?
You should wear comfortable training clothes, workout shoes and flip-flops in your bag. We also recommend you bring a towel and a bottle of water for water breaks!
I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. WILL I MAKE IT?
Yes, we do not ask anyone to do more than they can do safely. We take all the new comers from where they are physically, to the best that they can do. We have seen great results from people who were once couch potatoes and are now in the best shape of their lives.
HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?
The answer is up to you. The average amount of weight you will lose is 7-8 pounds of fat per month the first few months and then it tapers as the person has less of a percent to lose. The members that have the greatest success, are the ones that worked hard and adjusted their eating habits.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I COMPLETE BOOT CAMP?
Fitness is not a one time, get ﬁt quick, deal. Fitness is a way of life. The quality of the life you lead is up to you. After you reach your goal, set a new one and keep on going. Maintaining the loss also requires work.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T SHOW UP?
Aside from the obvious loss of a great workout; your team may have to do the extra push-ups or sit-ups that you were supposed to do. If you do not call us, we will have to assume you are oversleeping, and we might have to go and workout in front of your apartment building or house and wake up all your neighbors until you get dressed and come out to your team.
