Youth Boxing

Marra Senki’s Youth Boxing classes provide children from the ages of 6-12 with the opportunity to get a great workout, learn boxing fundamentals, and develop valuable life skills like emotional management, self-discipline and mental focus. Classes are an hour long and accommodate youth of all skill and fitness levels. Boxers work on conditioning, core strength, footwork, focus mitts and heavy bags. All are welcome!

In Youth Boxing Classes you can expect:

  • Contact and non-contact drills:  All Youth start with non-contact drills. As their level of knowledge increases there are options for contact sparring drills.
  • Convenient Schedule:  Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm
  • Year Round Program:  Perfect for cross-training, getting in shape, and acquiring new skill

    Kickboxing

    Kickboxing is the one of most effective ways to learn to strike and get in shape while doing it. Kickboxing uses the hands, feet, shins, knees, elbows and a sophisticated system of blocks and attacks neutralize an opponent. In our Kickboxing classes, you will experience intensified strength, speed, concentration, plus aerobic and overall fitness. Instructor motivation and mental engagement will keep you enjoying it.
